Lynne Wines

Lynne Wines is President & Chief Executive Officer of First Southern Bank in Boca Raton, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Council for Educational Change.

Wines, whose financial services leadership spans 30 years in Florida, is chair of the United Way of Broward County, vice chair of 211 First Call for Help and a member of the executive committee of the Council for Educational Change. She also has served the community as vice chair of public television station WPBT, Channel 2, and as chair of the American Heart Association’s community board and walk campaign, campaign chair for the March of Dimes’ Walk America and a director of the Work-Life Balance Institute. She has been named by U.S. Banker magazine as one of the “25 Most Powerful Women to Watch.” In addition, she has received the South Florida Business Journal’s Diamond CEO and Business Woman of the Year awards and has been recognized among Women at the Top by the organization Commercial Real Estate Women.
