Each PASS partnership is budgeted for $300,000 over a three-year period.
Funding is provided from three sources:
- $100,000 from the CEO's company
- $100,000 from the school district
- $100,000 from the state or private foundation sources, such
as the the Council for Educational Change.
These discretionary funds are used to support student achievement
improvement initiatives such as data assessment, teacher incentives,
staff development, utilization of new technology and supplemental
educational materials. In all cases, the funding supports the collective
efforts of each PASS partnership to raise the level of student performance.
The Florida Legislature has provided continuing financial support
for PASS since its 2000-2001 session.
For more information on funding, contact the
PASS coordinator. |
